In this 90‑minute practical workshop, you’ll analyse the evidence of a key opposing witness (the defendant) to prepare a strategic and impactful cross‑examination.
This session is designed to develop your analytical, preparatory, and questioning skills — with the ultimate aim of constructing a logical and persuasive cross‑examination strategy.

Identify the aims and objectives of your cross-examination of the witness

Spot the strengths and weaknesses in the witness’s evidence

Develop strategies to expose inconsistencies and vulnerabilities

Distinguish what’s relevant from what isn’t

Address evidential issues clearly and confidently

Structure your cross-examination for maximum impact
