Our courses, designed and curated by legal education expert Sonia Simms, embody our commitment to empowering legal professionals and students worldwide. We understand the importance of clear and comprehensive learning materials in achieving professional growth and excellence in the field of legal advocacy.

(b) Digital Content Policy

Our offerings, including eBooks, video tutorials, and other digital resources, are crafted to deliver immediate value through an accessible, user-friendly platform. Due to the digital nature of our content and the intellectual effort involved in creating these resources, we adopt a NO REFUND POLICY for all our digital products. Once a course is purchased and access is granted to the digital content, the transaction is considered complete and final.

(c) Rationale Behind Our Policy

The decision to exclude refunds for digital content is grounded in several considerations:

  •  Instantaneous Access and Consumption: Upon purchase, our courses and materials are immediately accessible, allowing for instant consumption and application. This immediacy, inherent to digital content, differentiates our products from physical goods, which can be returned in their original condition.
  •  Intellectual Property Protection: Our courses are the result of extensive research, experience, and dedication. They encapsulate valuable intellectual property in legal education. Once accessed, this knowledge cannot be returned in the same way physical products can.
  •  Investment in Quality: Your purchase supports our ongoing commitment to high-quality legal education. Resources from sales are reinvested into creating and updating content, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of legal education innovation.

(d) Exceptions to the Policy

In exceptional circumstances, if a user experiences technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content and if these issues cannot be resolved by www.advocacytutor.com within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit for future courses or alternative compensation. Such instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

(e) Contact and Support

We are here to support your learning journey. If you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy, or if you encounter technical issues accessing your purchased courses, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your experience with our products is both enriching and seamless.
